Goofy Boy

Adam picked up a plastic rod and was lifting it up and down. I asked him to come and brush his teeth, he replied, "I'm doing hick ups." :) Gosh, I love my baby brother!

Hurricane Ike

WOW!!! What a mess! The aftermath of Hurricane Ike left our backyard looking like a war zone! The neighbors black walnut tree put "thousands" of walnuts in the yard. Those little buggers are very hard to get up when you're trying to rake the yard. The wind I believe got up to 69 mph. It was AWESOME though!!! The kids kept running through the yard with shields while the walnuts were raining down They had a BLAST! :)

Picking apples

We went to our friends house to pick apples. It was tons of fun!!! We picked so many apples and we've been making aplessause and pies.

What is this?

Ok, ya'll. What do ya'll think this is? It is growing in our front yard and from the looks of it, it looks like a corn stalk. But there is no corn!!! It's taller than six feet and we've heard someone say it was called "bootstrap." But what do you guys think it is?

A Skunk

We woke up one morning and Mom noticed that there was a skunk swimming in the neighbors pond. We all watched it for a while and came to realize that it was stuck. The poor thing must have been swimming for hours. We finally called someone and they came and got the poor thing out, cause we all were too scared to get close to it!!!

The Girls

Jordyn has started getting into wanting her picture taken. She got new shoes and wanted to show them off! It's alot of fun having a little sister. She is at the age when she can now help with cooking and stuff like that, but she also still enjoys playing with the BOYS!!!
